Return & Exchange Policy

​At Lucky L's Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return period. Please ensure the following:

-PLEASE NOTE: A prepaid return label is included in the original package for your convenience. If a return is needed, please use the provided label. However, if an item needs to be returned a second time, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure all returns meet our policy guidelines.

-The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

-The product must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations.

  Items that have been washed, dried, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
